HOW TO CLEAN
Please handle with care and clean product with a damp cloth only or use a dry microfibre cloth to remove fingerprints or dust.
Do not apply any chemical cleaning agents as this can compromise the colour of acrylic and any bonding adhesives used.
SIGNAGE STANDS
We currently do not offer signage stands for purchase or hire. If this is something you require for your event, let us know when you place your custom order and we can provide you with a list of trusted businesses to contact.

ACCURACY OF PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. Due to variations in display technologies however we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will be accurate.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery time frames are subject to Australia Post timelines. Currently, the expected delivery time frames are:
Standard Delivery: 3 -5 business days
Express Post: 1 - 2 business days.
This timeframe is from when your order is sent to you and does not include production timeframes.
Personal delivery: This option may be available to you dependent on event location and date required. If this is something you require please discuss this with us via email.
SHIPPING COSTS
We use Australia Post as our preferred courier and currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight of your order.
Custom orders will be supplied a shipping cost in the quoted invoice. All accepted quotes will secure the shipping fee as per the custom invoice regardless of any increase in prices made by Australia Post.
Delivery costs for custom orders where setup/bump-in is required will be quoted according to event location and date. This option may not always apply and will be discussed with you during initial quotation and consultation phase.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not exchange or refund for change of mind purchases, unless faulty.
Faulty Goods – All items are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping. If you believe there is an issue with your product/s including any faults or damages incurred during transit, please take photographs of the product/s and damages identified and contact us immediately. We will then investigate and take appropriate action through submitting a claim with the postal service used to send your items.
PRICING
All prices quoted on our site include GST and are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Shipping charges are dependent on products purchased and may be subject to change by the postal service used.
All promo codes are subject to one per customer unless stated otherwise. Promotions are not transferrable for cash.
PRODUCT SAFETY
All of our products are designed and made for decoration purposes only and should not be used as a toy. Please keep out of reach of children and handle with care.

There may be small pieces and/or sharp edges present that could cause a choking hazard, especially if the acrylic becomes broken or cracked or is handled incorrectly.
We cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries caused by incorrect handling or installation of our products.
Our custom event signage does not automatically come with hardware or holes for hanging.
If this is required, it may be arranged through email consultation.

Alternatively, to affix to a wall we recommend using Command 3M strips or small hooks to hang through the negative space. Please follow the instructions of these installation products for correct use.
